
The Club Suite (104 sqm) is beautifully styled and features hi-spec inbuilt AV. The room has a 75-inch screen, plus two 65-inch screens, and lends itself to a variety of set-ups for smaller meetings or split as syndicate or boardrooms. Up to 56 delegates can be accommodated in a cabaret set-up; 80 theatre; 40 classroom; and 25 boardroom, hollow square or U-shape. There are plenty of power sockets in the space (56), plus complimentary hi-speed Wi-Fi. The Club Suite can also be split into three boardrooms – Strachey, Grant and Forster - or combined as Strachey/Grand with Forster as an adjacent boardroom. Lunch and refreshments can be served in the meeting rooms or in the adjacent foyer. The space is fully accessible. Room hire is VAT exempt. The boardrooms take their names from three Memoir Cub members: Lytton Strachey, a writer and a critic best known for his book 'Eminent Victorians'; Duncan James Corrowr Grant, a British painter and designer of textiles, pottery, theatre sets and costumes; and E. M. Forster, an English author, best known for his novels, particularly 'A Room with a View', 'Howards End', and 'A Passage to India'
