Feeling festive? If traditional turkey, Christmas pud and atouch of tinsel are your thing, or not, our seasonally inspired is sure to wowthe crowd. New dishes include a gluten free crispy duck salad with orange,chilli, fennel and pomegranate, and butternut squash, ginger, kale, andchickpea risotto with maple glazed pecans, and an avocado and olive oil darkchocolate mousse with brandied Morello cherries and honeycomb, which are bothvegan.
